Klaire Labs Vital 10

Overall Rating:         3.5/571PXY64SQ8L._SY679_

Klaire Labs Vital 10 brings an impressively wide spectrum of probiotics to the table by including several strains of lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, and one streptococcus strain. They have “more than 5 billion CFU,” so it would be easy to take two capsules and meet the minimum recommended dosage of 10 billion CFU.

What to expect from the strains

These strains are broad spectrum and in the right dosage can help with a wide variety of symptoms, including gas and bloating, diarrhea, feeling too full and other digestive symptoms, vaginal and urinary health, and overall immune health.

The Good

Vital 10 includes all the basic strains we would expect to see in a probiotic blend, and had a very high live culture rate. They use high quality encapsulation as well as good shipping practices, all of which lead to a quality product.

The Bad

Only 5 billion CFU means two capsules for our recommended minimum effective dosage, which doubles the cost of the product if users wish to see results. Klaire labs mysteriously claims to offer its product to a specific customer base, yet Vital 10 is readily available on Amazon.
